Our room was comfortable and warm. The food was really good. But what makes the hotel exceptional is the friendliness of the staff, from the restaurant manager Yassine to the chamber maid. Conveniently situated in the centre of Marrakech, Riad Rahal provides air-conditioned rooms, a terrace and free WiFi. The property is close to Mouassine Museum, Djemaa El Fna and Koutoubia Mosque. Everything was excellent, from the location to the rooms and not forgetting the staff. Adam went above and beyond for us and we just want to thank him again via this platform for the amazing service that he provided during our stay. & we can't forget Youssef, who also made sure we were good at all times. The location was also great, as it is buried in the heart of the medina. Each room with its own soft neutral eye-catching decor. The atmosphere was very serene and tranquil, which is much needed after all the hustle and bustle in the medina. We truly enjoyed our vist and would highly recommend.
