She upgraded us to a much larger room. She made us reservations at several restaurants we requested, and made wonderful recommendations of what to see and do. Located in the heart of Essaouira's Medina, Essaouira Wind Palace is just a few metres from the beach and a 5-minute walk from the souks. Location is perfect! right downtown close to the Medina. lots of good places to eat nearby. the place next door is fantastic for tagines etc. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. nice terrace for breakfast also!

Chems Bleu este o casă calmă și însorită, care oferă cazare confortabilă și vedere impresionantă la plajă și port. Loved everything about Chems Bleu, location is just perfect, next to the Bab Marrakech, which is in the Medina but not in the busy center of it! Staff is so caring and kind, shout out to Soufiane! The view from the rooftop is breathtaking, enjoyed it while having a very good breakfast! The room was spotless and very clean! The riad itself is nice and cozy!

Very clean toilets and showers, I enjoyed my shower in the wide, warm, and well-equipped bathroom in this Riad. The room was well organized and clean that I felt like home although it has been a long time before staying in an hotel. Mr. Yessir and the team were very friendly, they provided all the needed things as well as the information about the city, food, and the facility itself. The rooftop is a nice place for a calm evening coffee. Don't miss that. The breakfast was cooked with care, healthy, and most of its contents were organic. The location is easy to find, calm at night, and lively in the afternoon.
