The instructions from the host are clear, its easy to locate the apartment and get in. The apartment was clean and quiet, it had fully equipped kitchen with complimentary tea, coffee and sweets. Windows face the huge playground across the street, which is major attraction to children.

Set in Rīga, the recently renovated Lab1 House offers accommodation 2.5 km from Vermanes Garden and 2.6 km from Arena Riga. very polite, fluffy cat - close to the tram/bus stop - quiet neighbourhood - great floor plan, very comfortable, big rooms yet still plenty of room in shared spaces

In the Latgales priekšpilsēta district of Rīga, close to Daugava Stadium, Rezidence Pērnavas 41 has free WiFi and a washing machine. It is located 2.8 km from Vermanes Garden and provides a lift. Everything was perfect. Just one information was misleading - there was only one bathroom in the Apartment, though the information was given about two. The host was willing to help. Car parking is public, next to the building. Not always easy to park nearby.

I liked the caring, responsive host, lovely and so hommie apartments with hotel facilities and little welcoming details that show appreciation for your stay. I found the apartment very safe itself. The location was JUST superb to me! It's the access to the bus stop in/out, few handy small shops for your needs, short walking distance to the top sights, central train station, bus station that I could use for my adventures and sea trip, and park with short distance to the apartment. Also, you will find few authentic cafes, bars, and little Latvian boutiques just next to you. I felt like I stayed in a high-quality hotel with the home touch. I highly recommend Edvins apartment. He is an excellent guy! Don't look at missing reviews yet. You will find more than you see in the description. I tell you like an experienced traveler and hospitality specialist. By the way, if you need a place for work from a distance and home comfort at the same time then this place is for you! This apartment is just perfect for such a stay even I stayed for medical reasons with my mum.
