This is gonna be a looong one.I booked this property for the location , however, the day I was supposed to check in what a surprise just 2 hours before the property "got flooded" and without any warm call I suddenly receive a message via this platform that "we are upgrading you to a bigger apartment " but guess where was the new apartment :totally other end of the city !! Great, I call the property where a unseful lady answered and as soon as I told her I don't like the apartment they are offering me because is very far she "recommended I can cancel " , nice ideea that I just loose my money because they don't want to offer me the apartment I've paid for !!! After seeing myself stranded into a country without an accommodation I had to make multiple calls to customer service, suddenly there were other apartments available also for me .

My stay at this magnificent apartment for 4 persons, centrally located was truly exceptional ! The apartment is very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this gem of a place for a perfect stay.
