I loved the staff - Alaa helped me and my friend a lot with taxis, bookings and tips. Everyone was very attentive, overall had a great experience and would definitely recommend. Rooms were spacious and luxurious and very clean. I liked the swimming pool and the breakfast.

Staff are excellent with a special thank you to the Egyptian gentleman who checked me in at 3am and was so helpful. Fine breakfast buffet. Nice gym.
