I loved the staff - Alaa helped me and my friend a lot with taxis, bookings and tips. Everyone was very attentive, overall had a great experience and would definitely recommend. Rooms were spacious and luxurious and very clean. I liked the swimming pool and the breakfast.

The crown jewel of this distinguished complex is the supremely inviting... most welcoming hotel i have ever stayed at, lovely staff and amazing room with great food. everything was exceptional , i felt special.

Located in the heart of Kuwait City, the Ramada Encore by Wyndham Kuwait Downtown hotel puts you in a great position to see the famous Kuwait Towers, overlooking Kuwait Bay of the Arabian Gulf. The rooftop pool was a fantastic feature - really enhanced the stay. Good location in that the main park is just across the road and bus stops within 100 metres take to you to the city centre in less than 10 minutes (or to the south). Very good value. Staff are excellent with a special thank you to the Egyptian gentleman who checked me in at 3am and was so helpful. Fine breakfast buffet. Nice gym.
