Staff was friendly. Great location next to the Pier. The staff from the Resort was waiting for us at the Pier as we arrived. They brought us to the Resort, which was walking distance. The Resort and rooms were clean.

Mad Monkey Koh Rong in Koh Rong Island provides adults-only accommodation with a restaurant and a bar. The accommodation features evening entertainment and a 24-hour front desk. Great place to live the simple life by the beach. My private bungalow was very simple, but exactly as expected, and very clean. Appreciated the social activities organized everyday. The staff was always friendly and helpful -- thanks to Lauren and Nami and everyone else whose names I don't remember. It's not fancy but it's a wonderful hostel, a great choice for beachside fun with a social life and no frills. Enjoyed having lots of common areas to hang out, relax, make friends, enjoy the beach. Also the beach here was GREAT, very clean compared to other beaches I visited on the island.

Facing the beachfront, SCARLET SAILS VILLA offers 3-star accommodation in Koh Rong Island and has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. Great location right on the beach. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The location is only a short walk from where you get off the boat and a staff member will greet you and bring your luggage to the hotel. We extended our stay because the location was so nice. Mad monkey hostel is next door which was a positive for us because we liked the music and could go there in the evening but you can hear their music from 9am to midnight some may not like that

Featuring a fitness centre, a garden and a bar, SCARLET SAILS BUNGALOW is located in Koh Rong Island and is a few steps from Long Set Beach. I got a free upgrade to their new rooms Scarlet Sails resort and it has been perfect. The sheets are so soft, bed is super comfortable and my room is huge and spotless. I originally booked to stay for 3 nights ended up staying for 8.
