Good location with lots of activity around. Very good trained staff and the property is new. Most of the time accommodated our requests like GRADE in the room, early checking time, leaving the baggage for two days so on and so forth

I am traveling often and I am very critical about hotels. This one is a gem. Everything is excellent. I have never seen a so high standard in service and quality. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Room is gorgeous with a view. Gym/onsen/pool is enjoyable. All breakfast options are amazing. Location close to Yokohama station and nice areas of Yokohama is convenient.

And most important thing is beautiful, kind, nice and gentle staffs.

Minato Mirai Subway Station and Yokohama Museum of Art are a 15-minute train ride away. near to the main station, really comfortable and pretty, everything (and I mean literally everything I needed and even more) was provided, it looked like a luxury hotel but it was actually pretty cheap... it exceeded my expectations and was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I appreciate the service, how they kept our luggage, and the free welcome drink.
