Staff are welcoming, professional and always courteous. Location is wonderful for those who want to explore the city, with four metro lines stopping at Otemachi. Weekends can be quiet (and offer less options for eating outlets within walking distance) but it's much better than the hectic downtown neighborhoods.

Situated right in the heart of Marunouchi business district, Palace Hotel Tokyo is 5-star luxury accommodation boasting 7 restaurants, a spa and a free-access fitness centre and indoor swimming pool. Gorgeous hotel with a wonderful scene and location. Would recommend for special occasions, and highly recommend enjoying the hotels resturant downstairs, some amazing food and coffee. The Hotel also provided amazing room service in case of special occasions, and spectacular in-room dining.

Facing the Imperial Palace, the luxurious Shangri-La Tokyo is conveniently situated right next to JR Tokyo Station. Staff was fantastic. Food was great - gym in particular was excellent esp the pool. I also did two spa service which were wonderful. Attention to detail through and through. The room was surprisingly large. I was here for the Tokyo marathon and the hotel even surprised me afterwards with an after marathon health food gift.
