We were very touched by the kind attention - our welcoming note written in Ukrainian, our language, by the owner. I really liked this place for its character and rather spacious room, we took the room on the upper floor as we were three with children. Location is good, you can easily get to Shinjuku station, and there is a splendid national park right across the street to recommend. I will be back one day.

The level of privacy the room/apartment provided was great. The bunk beds for groups and family with privacy options. Clean facility. The kitchen utensils provided showed careful thought was put into planning. Presence of Karaoke machine. Provided some drinks and ice cream in the fridge. Staff were always willing to help. Even though there was a language barrier, you can see they dis whatever they could to understand and also communicate back to the customer.

The location was excellent. Very close to Shinjuku Station which is a hub for so many train lines so it is very easy to get around. The base of the hotel has a bunch of eating venues and is also surrounded by places to eat. Be aware that it is in the middle of like a red-light district area so there are lots of young people around that are partying at night (not that you hear anything in the hotel). I was there with my 2 kids and we never ever felt unsafe though even when we were out at night. It was just busy and exciting! The hotel had awesome views, was extremely clean and had comfortable beds. The fact that there was a central laundry you could use was so handy too.
