This 4-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage space.... Great location just a few minutes walk from Shibuya station and 10 minutes from yoyogi park/ Harajuku station. Surprisingly quiet being next to the yamanote line though we were on a higher floor so that probably helped. Amazing views from our room as the building isn't really right next to anything else given its location above the park. Pretty barebones for amenities but there is a lively cafe adjacent to the hotel lobby and miyashita park is a nice place to have a break from the hustle and bustle of the city as the city of Tokyo is quite famously is not friendly to loitering.

The hotel was modern and clean, well positioned for use of the train and close to many shopping and eating options. the staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and check out we’re simple and done on the touchscreen machine. The beds and pillows are the most comfortable I believe I have ever had in any Japanese accommodation.

Hotel is very clean and staff are friendly. Most of all the location is very close to subway entrance/exits which make it more so convenient especially for foreigners like me.

Location 3 minutes from JR Shinjuku station south Exit . 8 minutes walking distance to Shinjuku Gyoen and Kabukicho 10 minutes walking distance to shinjuku Metropolitan. We book Corner twins which is more spacious than standard twins , room is excellent , The next day we requested bed linen and blanket cover to be changed to the new one as I can smell something and felt not hygiene enough at the 1st night. Breakfast was excellent, restaurant view to the street which is nice.
