Our room was pretty clean and everyday they hang a pack of towels and some other amenities to the door hangers. They bring new toothbrush. Easy check-in and check out processes. There were a number of hot throuser pressers that you can use free.

The location of the hotel is great, 3 min walk to the shopping center, restaurants , cafe. There is a direct shuttle bus from/to the Narita airport. We booked Club room and facilities were just great. Breakfast was very impressive. We had a cocktails and sone food every evening, and the fact that children are welcome there makes a difference. For the kids it was a dinner time and they enjoy the food at the club lounge . The personal is very good and attentive to all your needs. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We went to the spa and love it. We definitely stay again in GH Tokyo.

An einem klaren Tag konnte ich bis zum Mount Fuji sehen. Das Team vom Club hat mich so herzlich, freunlich, ja sogar liebevoll betreut. Da ich viel und allein reise ist es für mich immer besonders wichtig, dass ich mich zu Hause und geborgen fühle. Das Team vom Club hat das permanent geschafft - Ihab, Fukujoshi, Nagomi. Charly, Brando und Hermant und alle anderen, deren Namen ich leider nicht mehr weis, sind einfach wundervolle Gastgeber. Auch das Essen im Club war serh gut. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.
