Staff were amazingly nice, room was spacious and well facilitated, everything was relaxing and fun 🥰 located 10-12 minutes away from subway stations.

Set in the centre of Tokyo, HOTELみなと-MINATO- is situated 500 metres from Sakurada Shrine and 700 metres from Isehan-Honten Museum of Beni. This hotel and the room are amazing! I should have stayed longer but I could not (thanks to the hotel and their understanding), I will come back another time, for sure. The room is between traditional and futurist styles. The entrance (leave your shoes here), the doors are old ways style and very nice. The bathroom has a real sauna and hammam, tv in the bath, and every little stuff aside are very appreciable. The bed is very big and confy, so is the couch, the tv is enormous, there are karaoke stuff, bluetooth connection to the room, ambiance lights to configure as you want, and so many details and little stuff, I appreciated, I cannot list them all. Special thanks to Sayaka who speaks french, and quite good! I love and will keep the helpful and nice postcard you left to me at the door regarding my request, I was moved by it, thank you so much / MERCI BEAUCOUP <3

This is my second stay in Okura hotel. Everything about the hotel is exceptional. It’s clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in all aspects. Buffet breakfast is delicious with a lot of options. Japanese breakfast is superb. The service is attentive and efficient. Room itself is well equipped with excellent design.

Opened in June 2014, Andaz Tokyo, the 12th hotel of the Andaz brand by Hyatt features a spa, a fitness centre and an indoor pool with a view. Breakfast was extraordinary with lots of glutenfree options. Rooftop bar amazing. Great design. Spatious rooms.

Located in the heart of Tokyo, just a few steps away from Ginza, the world-famous shopping and entertainment district. I loved how kind all the staff were. I also like the food and how all the staff worked as hard as they can for the best of the hotel.

Excellent staff and possibility to try onsen while staying in Tokio. In addition, very nice accessories in the bathroom, so could feel like using a spa
