Facing the Imperial Palace, the luxurious Shangri-La Tokyo is conveniently situated right next to JR Tokyo Station. Staff was fantastic. Food was great - gym in particular was excellent esp the pool. I also did two spa service which were wonderful. Attention to detail through and through. The room was surprisingly large. I was here for the Tokyo marathon and the hotel even surprised me afterwards with an after marathon health food gift.

The hotel is in a perfect location that is walking distance from Tokyo station. Service is impeccable with English speaking staff and up to date western style amenities. This is a good hotel to base off your adventures in Tokyo.

The hotel is well within Tokyo Train Station. Very convenient. Really supportive staffs & customer centric. They actually helped packed & checked-out for me when I could not check-out in time due to stuck at Earthquake area. Considering the hotel rooms are at high floor, hence the views are good.

Oakwood Premier Tokyo is a luxury serviced apartment with hotel-like services, located at just a 2-minute walk from JR Tokyo Station’s Yaesu North Exit. Its proximity to Tokyo station, the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms, everything was new and well maintained. Most significantly, the service was friendly, courteous and efficient. Special thanks to Watanabe-San who went to great lengths to help us with filing a lost and found report and navigating the processes with the train authorities and police. We are so grateful for her assistance with making phone calls and helping with translations. We will be back and now view the Oakwood Premier Tokyo as our home in Tokyo!
