Very clean, close to the train station, staff were very helpful, the design and artwork were amazing. Very comfortable with our stay there.

We stayed for 3 nights and location was perfect for us. Shopping center almost in the same building with big food court. Train station short walk away (very comfortable walk way to the station, so easy to walk with heavy luggage). Bus stop nearby with bus that took us directly to Tsukiji Fish Market in 20 min, from where we just walked to Ginza. Taxi from Ginza to hotel 18-20$, from Haneda Airport hotel has shuttle bus, but we arrive at night so took taxi in the airport 45$ only, 30 min drive. We loved location and thinking to stay here ok our last night before traveling again. Room is little small, but we fit 3 luggages and was no problem for us. Amenities like coffee/tea/vanity kit/sponge etc you can take from the lobby, we found it very comfortable to take what we need only. In the room they have shampoo, shower gel and dental kit.

Very handy to have after a long international flight. The reception is really helpful. They help me filled out the form for luggage transfer. The breakfast was good value. The room is clean and there was daily room cleaning during our stay. The bed was super comfortable. We were able to recharge at the hotel after a long day out. It is 7 minutes walking to small world and easily accessible to Odaiba. The laundry is handy to have.

After contacting them, we were able to send our bags and some other items in advance and they had already placed them in our room. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Hotel location is also a plus. When going back to the airport, we were able to grab a cab to Tokyo Station for a reasonable price (around JPY2000) and from there get the Narita Express, making it a great option for our last hotel of the trip.
