He is very helpful and always responds swiftly. He also kindly organised our luggage to be forwarded to our next destination. The hotel is in a quiet part of Asakusa. We are avid walkers - and we do find the distance might be a bit far for others who may not be keen to wheel their luggage for quite a distance from Asakusa Station to the hotel. It doesn't bother us as we enjoy walking. The room is cosy, and you can adjust air conditioner to levels that you are comfortable with. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the hotel. Laundry detergent are also provided Family mart is just down the road.

Even before we arrived, I was asking them a lot of questions since we were arriving late. They always responded within the day. One of my friends left her phone in the hotel. They immediately checked the room and gave us complete details on how we could have it shipped. Check in and check out process is simple and easy through the electronic tablet. Though the room walkways were a bit cramped, the beds were spacious and comfortable (especially the pillows and duvets). I also liked the big drawers under the bed. We were able to store a week's worth of clothes in it so we didn't have to open our luggages everyday. The restroom and shower room are separate and it was more efficient for us since we could use them simultaneously.

It was also located in a quiet part of tokyo and we did not hear much traffic even though our room was on the first floor. Location was walking distance to asakusa, where there were many shops and restaurants. There was alot of space to hang clothes and they provided more hangers than other accomadations. Hotel staff were responsive on booking.com messaging even though it was an unmanned hotel.
