Taka helped us in arranging our luggages to be delivered to our airport hotel, and he filled up the forms for us and even accompanied us to 7/11 to drop our luggages there. Talk about GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! :)

Smukt beliggende i Taito-kvarteret i Tokyo, Asakusa by! Hotel. LITTLE BIRD. Tetsuro is amazing. He is very helpful and always responds swiftly. He also kindly organised our luggage to be forwarded to our next destination. The hotel is in a quiet part of Asakusa. We are avid walkers - and we do find the distance might be a bit far for others who may not be keen to wheel their luggage for quite a distance from Asakusa Station to the hotel. It doesn't bother us as we enjoy walking. The room is cosy, and you can adjust air conditioner to levels that you are comfortable with. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the hotel. Laundry detergent are also provided Family mart is just down the road.

The room was comfortable even though it was small. I chose a room with a futon, which was very comfortable to sleep on. The staff was kind. The bathroom and shower were nice and always clean. It's close to a train/metro station (around 10 minutes by foot). The area is calm and quiet.

The place was everything we needed, especially that we are travelling as a family with teenagers. Very near to convenient stores, grocery & restaurants. Also very easy access to Tokyo Metro - Minowa Station. Will definitely book with you again.

Hotel SAILS Asakusa tilbyder værelser med aircondition og fladskærms-tv i Taito-kvarteret i Tokyo. Hotel provided adequate towels for everyone for the duration of our stay as there was no daily cleaning. It was also located in a quiet part of tokyo and we did not hear much traffic even though our room was on the first floor. Location was walking distance to asakusa, where there were many shops and restaurants. There was alot of space to hang clothes and they provided more hangers than other accomadations. Hotel staff were responsive on booking.com messaging even though it was an unmanned hotel.

Tokyo SA Ryokan ligger i Tokyo, mindre end 1 km fra Ichiyo Memorial Museum og 12 minutters gang fra Imado-helligdommen. Der er gratis wi-fi overalt. A pretty nice location has very friendly staff and is super clean (they clean every day), it's super close to the train station (a 10-minute walk) 7-Eleven, Family Mart, and a Lawson convenience store, if you arrive a little early and don't want to do an early check-in there's a coin store locker less than a 100m away from the hotel.

Plat hostel keikyu minowa forest ligger bekvemt i Taito-kvarteret i Tokyo, 100 m fra Ichiyo Memorial Museum, 700 m fra Jokanji-templet og 1,3 km fra Kinryu Park. The staff at Minowa were exceptional, they helped me from loosing a phone to making recommendations of where to eat. Furthermore they are very approachable and friendly. In terms of the facility it is well maintained and clean.
