Everybody was very welcoming - they also changed and proposed another room as per our request (we wanted non smoking instead of smoking). SPA is very good. Location is really good in order to understand that Tokyo is not only crowded city, but has other really nice neighbourhoods with really good restaurants. Metro is not faw away and all main districts are reachable easily. Concierges do their job perfectly. We have ordered babysitting service for our kid and it was perfectly executed.

The quality of the staff, always willing to help and cordial. Also the services and cleanliness in general. It had a lot of free extras, such as coffee on the first floor, and bedroom amenities were available on an unlimited basis.

There are also washing machines for free, and little gimmicks such as little bottles of Pirukuru (try!) free of charge. The metro is right in front of the hotel.

Adorable hotel with an inviting International traveler vibe. We stayed, family of 4 (two kiddos under the ages of 8) and LOVED it. The staff is super helpful and the 24 hour cafe/store one the 1st floor was a godsend.

Located a 7-minute walk from JR Ochanomizu Station, APA Hotel Ochanomizu-Ekikita offers free WiFi throughout the property. Perfect if you want a laidback feels of Japan, still very accessible to Train station both JR and subway, and some restaurants. Our pick when we went to Tokyo Dome. They change towels everyday and provide coffee cups. I enjoyed and liked the breakfast, the staff are friendly eventhough some of them cannot speak in english.
