Hotell Citio Shizuoka asub 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel JR Shizuoka jaamast ning minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel Shin-Shizuoka jaamast ja Shin-Shizuoka bussijaamast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided a variety of toiletries and free water to refill. Everywhere in the hotel was clean. They had a coin laundry. The room has a working TV and the WiFi worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful. When we were checking out the staff offered us more free sweets which was very kind of them. The location was great, it's near the bus and train station, so it's easy to visit places, lots of shops and restaurants.

Bathtub was very clean and made me feel comfortable bathing my grandson in it. Room was quiet. I heard no extraneous noise. Bed was comfortable and the tv was large, flat screen and had English language options. Temp control was great. Coffee shop across the street was convenient. Close to Shinkansen train station, nice bars nearby, and restaurants.
