It was out of our expectation but yeah get the breakfast if you haven't so! I also did not expect the hotel to have an onsen but it did! It is clean and a good size. Water temp is so comfortable. Location is great as it is just a short 6mins walk near to the station but not at the busy streets.

The best value luxury hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Rooms were very modern and nice, sky spa was amazing, you’d have to pay $4-500 a night for something like this in Tokyo.

Built in the convention complex Omiya Sonic City, Palace Hotel Omiya offers restaurants and cafes in the city famous for railways and bonsai culture. Top quality all round. Great sized room, exceptionally clean. Excellent buffet breakfast. Location is great. Five minutes from Omiya station.

The location where the TV is mounted is far enough from the bed so the brightness of the tv doesn’t bother during sleep. It has youtube too.

Attractively situated in the Omiya Ward district of Saitama, Toyoko Inn Saitama Shintoshin is situated less than 1 km from Saitama Super Arena, 11 km from Saitama Stadium 2002 and 13 km from SKIP CITY... Location is fine. As a Muslim, the cafeteria offer a limited choice of food so I could only take the basic ones, rice, fruits, yogurts and salad. Also egg. However, since the location of the hotel is nearby to the Family Mart, 7-Eleven and Cocoon, so we have more choices and easy to buy groceries from there.
