The staff was friendly and engaging, and they had English speaking staff as well that were fluent and easy to understand.

The location is very near to Shin-Osaka Station. The staff was friendly and helpful to accommodate our needs. The size of the room I booked was perfect for 2 people. The room was clean and although it was near the train station, there was no disturbing noise when sleeping. The hotel also provide free water for drink and we can take ammenities (tooth brush and tooth paste, hair comb, etc.) as per our needs daily. The breakfast was also great, it was really fulfilling and the place was clean.l. I would love to come back and stay here again if I visit to Osaka again in the future.

The bed is big enough for a solo traveller, didn't expect that and the location is really the best! Opposite is the train station, downstairs you have 7-11, there are also some restaurants surrounding.
