Attractively situated in Kyoto, THE GENERAL KYOTO Shijou Shinmachi features an American breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. This 4-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk.... My partner and I stayed for 4 nights at this place while we were in Kyoto, and needless to say we loved it. The location was perfect, just a couple minutes to places that we frequent (Nishiki market, Weekenders coffee), and proximity to train stations wasn't bad either. The staff were great and very helpful when we needed something. We have nothing but good comments, and would very much like to come back again soon :)

We stayed in Kyoto for 4 nights. We easily moved around by local public transport, and it was easy to move around. The location was ideal, near the train stations and everything else!!! The breakfast was great! Staff are fantastic and extremely helpful with all of our requirements, whether we ask for ideas on where to have dinner or anything else.

IMU HOTEL KYOTO is situated in Kyoto, 5-minute walk from Shijo-Karasuma Metro Station and Hankyu Karasuma Station. The hotel was beautiful. The room was very clean . And the location exactly what you need . They had very good breakfast . And the was a room to smoke . The employees were very helpful with everything and very friendly . They have also a small area for kids to play and read books . They have thought about everything . It was are most pleasant stay in all Japan .

In a prime location in the Nakagyo Ward district of Kyoto, Hotel GOCO stay Kyoto Shijo Kawaramachi is set 1.2 km from Kyoto Shigaku Kaikan Conference Hall, 1.3 km from Samurai Kembu Kyoto and 1.4 km... What a wonderful experience we had. The owners of this small hotel are absolutely lovely-their warmth, genuine interest in the guests (especially our little baby:)) and attention to detail are incredible. The building was the family home of the owner growing up and you truly feel like you are welcomed into a family. We also loved the small kitchenette as we were able to cook for our little one. The rooftop terrace was great after a long day of exploring. The location is fabulous as well as you can walk to Nishiki in 2 minutes and you are close to so many major sights and areas of Kyoto. Thank you for such an amazing stay ( and for the toy for our little guy).

Boasting a terrace, Kyoto Shijo Takakura Hotel Grandereverie is situated in the centre of Kyoto, 700 metres from Kyoto Shigaku Kaikan Conference Hall. very nice and spacious room! convenient location. the bathroom was also good! Well set in the Shimogyo Ward district of Kyoto, Saju Kyoto 茶住 京都 is located 600 metres from Kyoto Shigaku Kaikan Conference Hall, 1.6 km from Kyoto International Manga Museum and 1.9 km from Samurai... Our stay at Saju was so pleasant. The room was lovely, cozy, traditional, and everything was clean. We were warmly welcomed by the staff with a Japanese tea ceremony in our room, complete with matcha cookies, which were delicious! Yumiki made our stay truly memorable and was incredibly helpful when we encountered some trouble with our luggage. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay at Saju was pleasant and comfortable. We are extremely grateful and will definitely return here! Many thanks to the staff of Saju and to Yumiki!

Set in the Nakagyo Ward district in Kyoto, Rinn Shijo Nishinotoin offers 3-star rooms with free WiFi. What a hotel. We've had an absolutely wonderful stay, the staff was amazing, the room was clean and spacious, the neighborhood was pretty quiet and at a walking distance of everything we needed (not to mention the delightful Owl Cafe right across the street). A relatively small hotel that ensures a personal service in a quiet environment.

Well set in Kyoto, Prince Smart Inn Kyoto Shijo Omiya provides air-conditioned rooms, a restaurant and free WiFi. Very comfortable, nice breakfast, I could leave my luggage in the lockers before check in time.
