Perfectly located in a quiet neighbourhood and only a 7mins walk to Kyoto Kyocera Museum. Staffs are energetic, friendly and always eager to help. Calm and tasteful interior, woody scent, quiet, beautiful outdoor garden. Lovely spacious room with open bath, comfortable bed, relaxing atmosphere, fun teaware to play with. Breakfast was beautiful and plentiful. Kaiseki dinner of the inhouse restaurant was also delicious and well presented.

Hotel Okura Kyoto Okazaki Bettei -Ald Requirement 12 over- er með líkamsræktarstöð, garð, veitingastað og bar í Kyoto. This hotel was exceptional. So calm and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious especially the scrambled eggs. I was also very happy that the kitchen could cater to vegetarians. The staff were very attentive and couldn't have done more. The room was also great, nice bath and comfortable bed. Everything I needed was there. I can't wait to visit again.

When i booked this i though we might struggle a bit since in the map it shows it could be a bit of a hazle getting there from the station. However, it was the complete oposite. It is walking distance to yown, but far enough the noise will not bother you, the inside streets where the hotel is are really quiet and so the other guests. We were upgraded for free, which was a very pleasant surprise! The room was huge, and so comfortable. The bathroom and toilet room were spotless, and they give you amenities! There is a laundry area and even vending machines. If you dont want to go out for dinner, you have a fresco market a few blocks away athat sell anything you want. The staff was amazing as well, even if we didnt speak any Japanese and they spoke very little English, we both had translator apps and they were very patient with me. Will definitely come back in the next trip!

Guest House Nishimura - Vacation STAY 13438 er staðsett í Kyoto, í innan við 1,2 km fjarlægð frá Eikan-do Zenrin-ji-hofinu og 1,6 km frá Shoren-in-hofinu. Tadashi-san and Yuki-san were without question the best hosts we've had in a while. Their care and help were outstanding and the house itself was extremely clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We felt at home for our nine nights, I will definitely be back if I have the chance!

I began my days by visiting the shrine just across the street, then followed the owner's recommended route, armed with a handy map. My room was not only spacious and flooded with natural light, but the bed boasted the comfiest mattress I've ever encountered. The bathroom and fully-equipped kitchen facilities were splendid, making it feel like a genuine home away from home in Japan. Yet, what truly set this stay apart was the genuine warmth and kindness of Tadashi and Yuki, the hosts. Their joyful welcome, attentiveness to my every need, and daily surprises with delightful treats created a memorable experience. They even arranged to dry my soaked sneakers overnight, an unexpected gesture of kindness. If you're seeking a relaxed and convenient place to stay in Kyoto, you've just discovered it.
