Just a 5-minute walk from Daitokuji Temple, Guesthouse Bon offers convenience in air-conditioned Japanese-style rooms with no curfew. The location was fantastic and the vibe was so welcoming and happy, it is a traditional house and the owners are so kind and welcoming and can offer any advice on travelling around the local area. It was so clean too. They do have shared bathrooms and showers outside but the experience of that alone is so exciting and fun I really enjoyed every moment! The bed is traditional but comfortable and the place has everything you need. Very authentic thank you so much I would love to come and stay again if I was in the area again

In the Kita Ward district of Kyoto, close to Kinkaku-ji Temple, Nachiya has a garden and a washing machine. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. He made a few follow ups to make sure we were alright during our entire stay. The place itself is really clean, pretty and well located.
