Set in Nishijin, Villa Front Kyoto Seimei ヴィラフロント京都晴明 offers accommodation with a flat-screen TV and a kitchen. A microwave and kettle are also featured. The room was amazing. Very close with the bus stop and Family Mart. The electric was completely. I recommend this place for everyone visiting.

The room was huge and the personal onsen was very relaxing after walking all day. It is about 10 minutes away from the subway and there are many temples and shrines near by. Staff was amazing and always available for help.

Second floor meeting rooms are welcoming with an expansive and comfortable lobby area with large windows with beautiful views of the Imperial Gardens.

The hotel is close to one of the tourist bus lines that takes you to all the sights, the imperial palace and the castle are in walking distance. Just note that there are two Livemax hotels in this area, I went to the wrong one initially. Just stick to the address in the description and don't just search the name on Google maps like I did.

Absolutely loved the character and charm of the hotel, the facilities, the lounge area for breakfast/evening drinks, ease of use of the washer/dryer that was there. The hotel was in a quiet residential section of Kyoto, yet access to Nijo Castle, the Imperial Palace and downtown Kyoto was very easy and within a 15 minute walk. Access to the train stations and Uber/Taxi's were equally easy. Amazing local restaurants within walking distance of the Hotel - highly recommend Daigan around the corner for an amazing sushi with an engaging/entertaining/welcoming chef.

Nicely renovated japanese house in the old part of town, about 10 minutes from the imperial palace. Toni and his wife are lovely hosts, it felt like we were guests in their home. The shared facilities are clean and good. We stayed in a smart room were everything was connected, very convenient! Warmly recommend.
