I Received lots of support and help from Hotel Front Desk in finding for "Solution" in foreign country/Italy! My Advice: Please Do Not try to find a phone number/talk to someone over the Phone. Go to Airport and Speak to Airline Desk!! Airline Desk agent in Airport spent 30 minutes to find another flights and REBOOK my entire flights from Italy to Canada with 2 days delay. Set on the peaceful banks of Giudecca Island, the Hilton Molino Stucky is a former flour mill refurbished to become a unique hotel. All stuff were very friendly and nice it’s was amazing and comfortable

It’s located in a lovely quiet part of Giudecca, but still plenty of cafes & restaurants at your doorstep. There’s a spectacular, large peaceful garden in front of the apartment, we ate lunch there sometimes. Lots of rosés blooming. Very rare in Venice! Federico was extremely responsive & helpful & provided fruit, biscuits & yoghurt when we arrived. It saved us shopping straight away.

The owner and his assistant stayed in touch with us from the moment of booking until we entered the apartment. They provided instructions on how to get there and made every effort to ensure our stay was comfortable and convenient. We highly recommend this apartment!
