Near the Grand Canal, this 17th-century villa offers its own private garden, a quiet setting, and a central location in Venice near the Accademia water-bus stop. Free WiFi is provided. All staff members were kind, nice, and super professional. The location was so good that it was quite easy to access other sights, but at the same time, quiet at night. It also takes only 4-5 minutes to get to the vaporetto stop (Accademia). Additionally, the beautiful and tidy garden made me feel cozy and enjoy my last day in Venice.

Perfect location with view on the canal, beautiful interior and rooms, amazing staff. we were so happy to stay at the palazzo, the staff really made us feel like at home and they were here to support with all the organization of visits etc, always with a smile. I highly recommend.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Those at the front desk were always willing to provide directions and suggestions. Right from the first day they knew us and handed our key to us automatically when we returned! The breakfast was superb- a selection of meats and cheeses, fruit, cereals, bread, hard boiled eggs, delicious pastries and cakes. The staff in the breakfast area were also exceptionally nice. The location of the hotel was fantastic, steps from the Accademie bridge.
