From entering to the hotel all the way through our stay was a great experience. The staff took great care of us from the first minute, everything from showing the room facilities, restaurant recommendations to helping out with directions to visit points. The location is perfect at a calm but central location, reaching key spots within 5-15 minutes walk. It was easy to get to the hotel with the water taxis or the public boats to Rialto. We had an excellent stay which couldn’t have been better. Thank you for making our stay in Venice memorable for life.

The location was perfect walking distance fr everything. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms we big and clean.

Set in a 15th-century building behind St. Mark’s Square, the small, elegant Relais Venezia is located in one of the city's oldest and smallest streets. Everything was perfect for our stay. The managers Frederico and Leonardo were exceptional hosts. helping us with info for transport before our arrival and any other info about Venice. The breakfast was a good selection. ThOur room was very spacious, comfortable beds and great to have aircon.
