I loved everything, it was one of the most beautiful vacations. The hosts who were absolutely wonderful throughout the stay, the garden and the view are so beautiful they seem unreal. Another advantage is the fact that you have the beaches quite close to the location. For example, you have Lido Varco 23, which can also be reached on foot,Lido Arenella and Fontani Bianchi.For the last two,you'll need a car. I will definitely return to this gorgeous place and to these wonderful hosts.

If you have a car and you dont mind driving few minutes to the city of Siracusa or to beautiful sandy beaches nearby- dont think twice and book this apartment. You get a perfect and quiet accomodation. We were travelling with 1 year old daughter and our rate is 10/10

Appartamento - Plemmirio is a recently renovated villa in Syracuse where guests can make the most of the private beach area and garden. Nice house with huge deck overlooking the sea. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises on the deck. Nice garden and private forest with lovely scent of pine trees. Very quiet and private property in the Natural Preserve area. Very close to Siracusa, Ortiga and lovely beaches. Bedrooms are huge with very comfortable mattresses and nice views. Kitchen well equipped with good quality of pots, pens, utensils. Serena is a very nice, welcoming, friendly and caring host. She was very helpful and always available, even offered to drive to the house, asking if we needed anything, during the 3 day storm when it was a short blackout in the area. Great stay, and highly recommended place.

Just a 16-minute walk from Spiaggia Punta del Pero and one mile from Spiaggia Massolivieri, La Casa di Ludovica, Punta della Mola features accommodations in Syracuse with a garden. The house is equipped with everything you need, very clean and spacious. Ideal for families or large group. We were two families and all very satisfied. The host is very friendly, kind and helpful. Our kids loved it, especially the pool area. Will definitely come again.
