Located in Rome and within 1.5 km of Porta Maggiore, FanfullArt features a terrace, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi throughout the property. The location was very nice, in a very quiet part of Rome, yet easy to navigate. It is a 30 minute ride to center, near the metro station Pigneto. Lots of places to enjoy good food for reasonable prices. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, they also have an amazing rooftop with a pretty view, where you can enjoy the evening or morning)

Incredible B&B! + Great Italian breakfast (lots of options to choose from, really nice coffee) + Cristina was super nice and helpful ❤️. + Great location! 5-7 minute walk to the metro, quite a few bus stops all around. We didn't have any issues with transportation + I liked the area - nice and quiet + super clean! + Great service - room cleaning every day, frequent stocking up on essentials like toilet paper and fresh towels + HUGE plus for providing shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryer + I was surprised by how big the room was :) + Private bathroom with a spacious shower + Air conditioner! + Big wardrobe + It's located really close to an amazing Italian restaurant (Da Domenico al Pigneto) + great price for how nice it was! I genuinely can't recommend this place enough. Great location, nice and clean rooms, delicious breakfast, amazing person running it :)

The hosts also reported give clear and easy instructions for your own check-in (if you come out of business hours) and their customer service is on point for any doubt or questions you may have.

Juliano the Host is a super symphatic, intelligent, educated Guy. He gave me one Life advide: "Don't work for Money" he is also a philosopher. I Liked him. He tries everything that you feel comfortable. If you want to visit Rome , i highly recommend this place. 10 Minuten Metro or Bus Station.

Situated within the Prenestino Labicano district in Rome, Pigneto Suite appartamento 50m da metro C has air conditioning, a balcony, and quiet street views. The place was just perfect. Everything you needed (supermarkets, cafe’s, bakery, metro, bus stop etc.) was around. We really enjoyed our family stay, for us the breakfasts at balcony were the highlight! Sandro was amazing host. We all definitely recommend this accommodation in Rome:)

Beautiful location, with private terrace allocated to each room and a luxuriant green garden. Very friendly host, she allowed us to check-in earlier than normal hour. Located very close to Metro C- line , Pigneto station- 5 minutes walking, and in 30 minutes you reach any major attraction Across the street you can find a cofee shop, a tea house, a restaurant with amazing pizza and a bar, and you can enjoy the life like locals , and low prices for food and beverages. Highly recommended place to stay in Rome
