The room is spacious for a family and the rooms are clean . The staff very informative and supportive and welcoming. When we requested slippers , we received them within minutes . The location is amazing too .

The staff were very friendly and supportive, especially I want to give great thanks to Mario de Simone. He was trying to help us in any situation, even in circumstances which were not related to the hotel. He was very joyful, professional, and just a good person. Το Livia Valeria Palace βρίσκεται στη Ρώμη, σε απόσταση 2,8χλμ. από την πλατεία Piazza di Santa Maria in Trastevere και 3,4χλμ. από τη Συναγωγή της Ρώμης. Excellent layout, palatial feel about the property. quality fixtures and fittings. Lovely pool area and bar layout. on staff I’d have to say they look after your every need, from the Boss to the cleaning staff, very attentive. The location is some 20 minutes by taxi to the centre of Rome. There is also the number 8 bus that hurtles into town terminating at the Coliseum. Andrea, Max, Mano etc huge thank you for making our 5 night break so pleasant. We could have stayed a few weeks !!!

I visit Rome very often, but usually we take a rent-a-car and book a hotel outside of the wall. This time, I was a tour guide of a few friends, who never visited Italy and for the first time I had to take care of everything. I was nervous, but once we arrived in the apartment all my concerns disappeared and this was the start of the most perfect girly adventure, I didn't even imagine that everything would go so smoothly. As I said, the arrival in the apartment was the start and by the end of our stay we weren't disappointed for a second. The cleanliness, the facilities, the furniture, the high ceiling, the details, the comfort, the location... everything was ideal.

Owner is very kind, sweet and friendly. She even reduced our charges when we couldn’t arrive on the first night of booking due to a flight delay. Will surely come again.
