It would be useful to have earplugs early in the morning. The location is central, at 3-5 minutes to the train station, so you can plan your train journeys very easily. I did day trips to San Marino, Ravenna and Ancona. The breakfast is Italian, very good espresso, juices and pastries, also boiled eggs, cheese, ham, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereals, but not greens and vegetables. Daily cleaning service is exemplary. There is a hairdryer, soap and shower gel in the bathroom. There is enough space in the room for storage and even to work on the laptop at the table. On summer days, I think the balcony is a good option for relaxation.
