The room and facilities were adequate and satisfactory. Cleaning was nice. Breakfast was very good. We thought the wine and snacks left in our room every day were treats (free ones) and so we ate them. However, we learned at the time of checking out that these were not free. Still, they offered these for free and did not charge any fee. This was a very kind and understanding approach. Thank you very much.

We got a free upgrade to a room with terase, we mentioned that we were in our honey moon ant the receptionist was super nice. We got free prosseco, the room was clean, friendly host, breakfast was good and is 5-7 minutes walk from Duomo metro station. I definitely recommend the Palazzo Salgar hotel.

Just a 10-minute walk from Piazza Plebiscito and the Spaccanapoli area, this eco-friendly hotel offers a free internet point and air-conditioned rooms. Toledo Metro Station is 984 feet away. The hotel was in the center of the town, near the very nice squares and castle, many shops, cafes, and food places. The breakfast was good, there was a variety of pastries and coffee, boiled eggs, cheeses, vegetables, and sausages. The room was spacious, and newly renovated, with two balconies, and a beautiful floor. The decoration of the common room was minimalistic and tasteful. The toilet was lovely, Neapolitan style. The most important thing was that the room was cleaned very well daily. The staff was very polite.

Very modern and the best staff I have ever experienced in a hotel! Even when we showed up after breakfast had ended they went out of their way to offer us pretty much a full breakfast.

Great location near all the best parts of town (tube station also 2 mins away if you're not a fan of walking). The room was a great size with a big hot tub and very well sized bathroom. The bed was quite big and super comfortable. We were very happy with our experience at Barbarella and would definitely come back.

Very friendly and helpful people! Helped with airport transportation. Very good location next to many shops attractions and metro station. Clean room. Good breakfast in relation with the price.
