Not only was the property fantastic, we arrived very early and the staff managed to get us a room 3 hours before the normal check in time. Exceptional service. Have never experienced that before. The bathroom is big and has a nice rainfall shower head and hot water. There is also air conditioning and heating available. The person who gave me the keys was on time and very friendly. I also had to have a video call when I got back to find which door the apartment was and Leonardo helped me and was very friendly about it! The mattress was hard, which I really like but some people may not. It was perfect for me.
