Everyone was very helpful and willing to help. The room was very clean, the location not very far from the metro station and the reception is open 24 hours, even if I had to wake up the kind man who took a rest for a while. Set close to Milan’s fashion district and Via Tortona, in the Navigli area, IH Hotels Milano Watt 13 features a modern, minimalist design. Very good breakfast: eggs, prosciutto, cheeses few types, lots of sweets (croissants, pies, cupcakes, biscuits), you can make pancakes, waffles, toasts; they have juices, coffee, yogurt, cereals, tomatoes,cucumbers, etc etc. Really impressive. Staff is so client oriented, friendly, always ready to help. They have kindly rebooked my twin room to double without any problem and didn’t charge me for that. Many many thanks.

I have nothing but good things to say about Hotel Giardino. Me and my son stayed there for a couple days and really enjoyed our stay. The location is really close to a metro station, all the staff are very polite and helpful, and the included free breakfast is also nice!
