Unbelievable treatment by the staff, from the airport pickup to the checkout, everything went smoothly and above my expectations. The hotel is clean, near the center, I asked for a room with a nice view and they arranged it for me, very silent! I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable and so was the bathroom. The location is perfect, the buffet breakfast worth the price. The hotel staff is helpful and attentive. The hotel is close to a busy street, but the windows are amazingly sealed and you don’t hear a sound, big plus!

Set in the centre of Genoa, New Alexander Hotel offers a shared lounge and classic-style accommodation. Genova aquarium is 800 metres away. Free WiFi is available. The staff was very kind and helpful, big thanks to them. The location is convenient to simply walk to the Oceanarium. Parking option is close to the hotel. Good price quality ratio.
