Kreativiteten har flödat vid utformningen av hela hotellet; rummen, möblerna, lamporna, detaljerna, trädgårdarna, gymmet, bastun, receptionen. Fantastisk frukost i olika stationer. Stor variation. Kul variant av "hämta eget glas med vatten" ur väggfontänen. Härliga färger i matsalen med många konstnärliga uttryck. Serviceminded personal som fixade riktigt gott kaffe när vi hittills på vår bilresa i Italien tyckt att kaffet har varit lite si och så.

Detta eleganta 4-stjärniga hotell har en takterrass med utsikt över basilikan Santa Maria Novella. Här erbjuds en varierad frukostbuffé med varma och kalla rätter och ett centralt läge i Florens. Property is central and walking distance to everything. The staff were amazing. Room was so large and comfortable. In the Square there was a busker singing … opening the window, it was like our own serenade … if you didn’t want to hear it, the windows closed blocked everything out - we loved hearing the music though. The hotel is just beautiful! Laundromat just around corner too. Breakfast was amazing (best bacon so far!)

C-Hotels Joy erbjuder boende i hjärtat av Florens, 150 meter från tågstationen Firenze Santa Maria Novella. Det finns även en bar på hotellet. WiFi är gratis i alla utrymmen. I only stayed one night, for work. When I travel for work I like to stay somewhere that feels like home. The room was cozy, beautiful, warm, cosy. Lots of freebies including a packet of pasta and a handwritten welcome message. Wow! Really a lot of customer care, friendly staff, very comfortable bed. I will definitely be back. PS: the bar room with the library is lovely.
