Amazing Location, staff very so friendly and helpful it was just incredible. I can't believe that this is 1 star hotel. It definitely is way beyond that! Also great mattress compared to other places I've been. Slept like a baby.

Boasting an ideal location in Florence city centre, Hotel Nella is a 3-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella Train Station and from the Fortezza da Basso Congress Centre. Amazing staff: Ale was amazing on making us comfortable. She was really helpful when we told her about loud neighbours. Location: Close to train station. Short walk to the center. Clean: It was the cleanest hotel during our trip. Floor, shower, bed... everything was very clean. Comfortable: Bed was really comfortable, we had a nice sleep. Windows are good insulated from the noises of the street.

The Hotel is situated in the historic centre of town a few steps away from the conference hall, exhibition grounds(Fortezza da Basso) and train station. Good location, nice hotel, the room has everything you need, clean, safely. I really liked it, I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends. The people working at the hotel are nice and helpful.

Ubytovanie sa nachádza v atraktívnej lokalite vo Florencii v štvrti Santa Maria Novella 5 min. chôdze od miesta Kostol Santa Maria Novella, menej ako 1 km od miesta Palác Strozzi a 7 min. we liked everything about the place. very friendly staff. the owner Fiaz and front desk staff maria both were extremely nice and helpful. they booked us trips to chianti wine testing and cinque terrie without any hassle. the place is truly 2-3 min walking distance from santa maria novella train station. also very close to historic centre. also the place was very clean. they offer a nice small breakfast. the lift works perfectly! i recommend this place and shall come back again.

Set in a 19th century palazzo, The Social Hub Florence (formerly The Student Hotel) has many iconic spaces to meet, collaborate and create. A very nice hotel, 15 minutes from the Duomo on foot. Pleasant and welcoming employees. We were not satisfied with the room because there were renovations on the street, they moved us to another room without problems.

Hotel Desirèe is located in the centre of Florence, just 100 metres from Santa Maria Novella Station and a 1-minute walk from Palazzo dei Congressi. The hotel is pretty close to the tourist places, and if you arrive by train, it's super close to the train station like 5 min walking. The breakfast pastries were delicious, and the entire crew was nice and attentive. If you enjoy walking, you can reach Michelangelo's museum in 15 minutes.
