Amazing Location, staff very so friendly and helpful it was just incredible. I can't believe that this is 1 star hotel. It definitely is way beyond that! Also great mattress compared to other places I've been. Slept like a baby.

Hotelul este aproape de gara , dar si de principalele obiective turistice. Camera a fost foarte frumoasa, foarte curată, dotată cu tot ce ai nevoie. Personalul este de nota 10. Micul-dejun a fost bun. Lipsesc legumele proaspete, dar primiti, dacă cereți.

Amazing staff: Ale was amazing on making us comfortable. She was really helpful when we told her about loud neighbours. Location: Close to train station. Short walk to the center. Clean: It was the cleanest hotel during our trip. Floor, shower, bed... everything was very clean. Comfortable: Bed was really comfortable, we had a nice sleep. Windows are good insulated from the noises of the street.

Camplus Guest Firenze Casa per Ferie se găsește în Florența, la 6 minute de mers pe jos de Fortezza da Basso, și are un centru de fitness, o terasă, un bar și parcare privată. Zi de zi s-a făcut curățenie și la 2 zile s-au schimbat prosoapele sau ori de câte ori a fost necesar ( cel pentru picioare, zilnic). Personal prietenos. Restaurant la parter, preturi rezonabile.

Hotel Angelica " Stazione Santa Maria Novella " se bucură de o locație excelentă în cartierul Santa Maria Novella din Florența, la 5 minute de mers pe jos de Santa Maria Novella, la mai puțin de 1 km... we liked everything about the place. very friendly staff. the owner Fiaz and front desk staff maria both were extremely nice and helpful. they booked us trips to chianti wine testing and cinque terrie without any hassle. the place is truly 2-3 min walking distance from santa maria novella train station. also very close to historic centre. also the place was very clean. they offer a nice small breakfast. the lift works perfectly! i recommend this place and shall come back again.

Pleasant and welcoming employees. We were not satisfied with the room because there were renovations on the street, they moved us to another room without problems.

The hotel is pretty close to the tourist places, and if you arrive by train, it's super close to the train station like 5 min walking. The breakfast pastries were delicious, and the entire crew was nice and attentive. If you enjoy walking, you can reach Michelangelo's museum in 15 minutes.
