The room was super clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom. Location cannot be better, a few steps to the train station.

The housekeeping lady on 6th floor, was very helpful with an Iron and Board, she prepared my room for an early check-in and was super friendly. The young Lady at breakfast was lovely, great English and was very organized in her Breakfast set-up. food was all very fresh, thank you. Hotel is a very convenient location and clean.

Our room was so big! It is conveniently located near the train station and just a short walk up a nice shopping street to get to the old town. We wanted to stay in the old town, but didn't want to carry our heavy bags through the winding small streets and get lost and frustrated. So we chose this hotel and we were so happy we did. We had a short walk with our heavy bags and we could reach everywhere by foot without the bags. We were warmly greeted by a very nice man at the reception. He gave us tips where to eat and where to go. It was nice to have a 24 hour reception. The room was comfortable and met our expectations. It had more space than we even needed! We would stay here again if we are ever in Bari! Thank you!
