Set in the popular 101 harbour district of Berjaya Reykjavik Marina Hotel offers free Wi-Fi access. All rooms include a flat-screen TV and either city or harbor views. Our room was a little small however it was extremally comfortable, very clean and had everything we required. It had a great shower and really nice products and a very comfortable bed. The location was very good, close to the center with lots of restaurants and bars beside us. The breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice both hot and cold. The hotel even provided us with a take away breakfast on the morning we checked out early. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Newly renovated during the spring of 2023, Hotel Local 101 is an independent hotel quietly tucked away in the heart of downtown Reykjavik, on a charming street made up of classical Icelandic homes. Friendly and really familiar. One of the best stays I have been.

Appreciated host's communications, consideration and accommodation when possible. Would recommend highly, would not hesitate to book again.
