The staff was so courteous and friendly, always happy to help the customer. One should learn customer centricity from this place. The room was excellent, and the food was exquisite. They gave so much attention to detail like decorating the room, leaving handwritten notes and making my stay comfortable. I congratulate the whole team for putting this experience together.

Located centrally in Bangalore, Vivanta Bengaluru Residency Road features a spa, outdoor pool and 24-hour fitness centre. Free parking is provided. The staff are excellent. Right from the door person chandeshwar to the managers. Great hospitality in taking care of the guests. Breakfast was a good spread with live dosa counters which was amazing.

Taj MG Road Bengaluru is located in the centre of Bangalore's business and entertainment area, within 2 km from the Government Museum. It boasts an outdoor pool and a spa. Taj properties usually with their service is excellent and this one was no different ! I am vegan and the staff during breakfast went out of their way to tell me what would suit my dietary needs and also provided the same things that were non vegan in vegan version for me (example- paranthas). Am also a regular at their 7 rivers brewery and as always excellent service. Memories of China also has amazing food. Overall when u stay there you can literally be in a blissful bubble.
