Mr.Iranna and Mr.Ravi (Reception), who has been very accommodating and cooperative from the very start. Mr. Iranna, even upgraded my room to premium at no extra cost. My stay at this hotel was supposed to be for two nights since its pretty far away from the center, but ended up extending and staying for my entire trip of 12 days. Mr.Rajesh and Mr.Pavan (housekeeping) has been really helpful. Hygiene and cleanliness up to the mark. Mr. Sudip Das, from the breakfast always keen to help. Malls (Nexus and Phoenix) is 10 mins away, Airport 35km, Indira Nagar 15km, MG Road 17km. Breakfast buffet was just average with South Indian cuisine mainly. Gym facility was just basic. Definitely exceeded my expectations with the hospitality and their humbleness. High Quality service. The staff went over and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The restaurant at the ground floor - SASHAY is just amazing. Sushi menu is a must try. The servers Mr. Paul and Mr. Vicky has been exceptional. Ms Sushmita is very delightful and cheerful.
