Friendly staff and super delicious breakfast with a range of food. Again, the food is so good. The room is good too, small but comfortable for two people. The bed and bathroom are good too. Aircon a bit noisy but the hotel is located close to Tunjungan Plaza and we love it so much. I will comeback again whenever visit Surabaya as the location also close to train station as well. The Cafe/restaurant is so instagramable 🤗

Nag-aalok ang Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza ng accommodation sa business district sa Surabaya. May direktang access ang hotel sa Tunjungan Plaza Shopping Mall. The hotel is next to Plaza Tunjungan, so very convenient. Breakfast was excellent - great selection. Extremely welcoming staff. The swimming pool was very nice, good for individual swimming early morning and for families later in the day.
