The hotel is next to Plaza Tunjungan, so very convenient. Breakfast was excellent - great selection. Extremely welcoming staff. The swimming pool was very nice, good for individual swimming early morning and for families later in the day.

Hotel Andita Syariah provides rooms in Surabaya near Joko Dolog Statue and House of Sampoerna. I really liked this hotel. It was comfortable, clean and great value for money. Location 9/10 - some good places to eat nearby and fairly easy to get to. Staff: 10/10 - check in and check out very quick and easy, staff very polite and professional. Facilities: 10/10, everything appears to be brand new, a few other reviews suggest the place was renovated recently which would explain the newness. Everything worked perfectly as expected. Wifi: 9/10 - ive travelled across the entirety of Indonesia and this hotel had the best Wifi connection by far. I was on the 3rd floor and had full signal, fast connection my entire stay which was important for working. Cleanliness: 10/10 - very clean i had no issues with this aspect.

Located in the central area of Surabaya, Quest Hotel Darmo - Surabaya by ASTON offers cozy and modernly decorated accommodations with free WiFi access in all areas and a 24-hour front desk. The security were professional. The staff and front line management were organised and allowed everything to work as clockwise. Novita and Mulayadi are great in their role as all the others were able to perform their duties with professionalism as well as tender loving care. They are passionate in their job and when their is the passion excellence is delivered. I hope to one day return and they can be like family.
