The staff and front line management were organised and allowed everything to work as clockwise. Novita and Mulayadi are great in their role as all the others were able to perform their duties with professionalism as well as tender loving care. They are passionate in their job and when their is the passion excellence is delivered. I hope to one day return and they can be like family.
