Bali Nusa Dua Hotel yang terletak di kompleks resor eksklusif di Nusa Dua, menampilkan desain modern dengan sentuhan kayu. I stayed at Bali Nusa Dua Hotel for 2 weeks and I loved it. From the outset there was a welcoming reception from all the staff and they were helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The facilities were very clean and there were ample amenities in the room. I went for a Medical Tourism appointment with Medical Departures and the hotel was very handy to the BIMC hospital. I travelled alone and was extremely well looked after in pleasant surroundings. All the facilities you could want,a Gym, Spa and and an inviting pool. The daily breakfast buffet was delicious and catered for all tastes as did the room service menu which I utilised after my surgery. Above everything it was the amazing staff and I personally thank each of them for their service and care. I will definitely return in the near future. Thank You Sarah Pym

So close to the beach, just walk through the Sofitel to get there. Loved our stay!

Staff were so helpful, friendly and welcoming. Facilities kept clean and housekeeping went above and beyond creating towel animals for our children. Family friendly pools, activities and kids club provided. We loved our stay in the resort.

The hotel's garden area is stunning, a perfect oasis. It's beautifully maintained, with well-kept grounds, beautiful flowers, plants, and trees. Everything is in its place, and the view is so captivating that you can spend hours wandering the area, admiring the scenery. The pool area is very organized, well-maintained, and clean. Comfortable sun loungers are available both around the pool and along the lagoon promenade. We had a room with lagoon access, and it was a great experience to step out from the room and be surrounded by trees and flowers by the lagoon. The food is delicious, prepared with great taste, and beautifully presented. An added bonus is the variety of authentic dishes to choose from. The beach bar is very charming. The staff is amazing, displaying the usual Far East kindness, humility, and smiles. Every member of the staff deserves praise. The rooms are fine, although our initial room had an unbearable musty odor. After reporting it to the staff, they promptly switched our room.
