SUPER OYO 1755 De'balcon Accomodation Near Ngurah Rai Airport provides free WiFi throughout the property and rooms with air conditioning in Kuta. I knew there were negative reviews before I booked the room. However, they offered a bed, a hot shower, and ac at a low price. I did have to use my translator, but that is something I am accustomed to.

Asher Bali Transit is located a 5-minute drive from Discovery Kartika Plaza Shopping Mall and The Segara Beach is just about 13-minute walk away from the hotel. Amazing location if you want to have a bit more of a local experience. Street food vendors are right around the corner. You can walk up to the hotel from the airport (through the parking lot area). Just go around the fence after you cross the road. Walk along the road (bit narrow) to reach the hostel.
