Residence Hotel Balaton is located in quiet surroundings, featuring a private beach with a snack and cocktail bar only 150 metres away and its spa area. Free WiFi access is available in all areas. Loved the wellness area. Breakfast and dinner were awesome, many options to choose and delicious. We were able to used the wellness after we checked out. Staff super friendly and helpful. Family friendly hotel!!!

Location is perfect and the staff are helpful and courteous, a special thank you to front desk agent Noemi, she went above and beyond to make sure we got the right set up for rooms for the family. The hotel Plazs was not yet open so they replaced it for us at the same price for a better hotel Color Balaton with swimming pool and spa center. This hotel has great location and perfect host. Not that far away from the city center and it is very close to the lake. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly. It deserves every recommendation. We hope to come here again.
