Instructions sent beforehand via messages, no need to waste your time meeting anyone. We asked if we could store our luggage before our check-in time, and the property promptly attended our request. Tihana and her support team were top notch, always at hand if you need them. All in all, a great stay. I have already booked my next stay in Zagreb...... needless to say, at George & Dragon.
